TIANXING XU

Tianxing Xu is painter originally from Shanghai, China, and is a recent M.F.A. graduate from Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah Georgia. Tianxing Xu presents a collection of paintings, prints, and artist’s books that serve as architectural plans for an imaginative amusement park. Tianxing Xu explores the concept of actualization, rendering objects and spaces as distorted, blurred, and fragments constructing a chaos with absolute order. Centered on themes of regret, unfulfilled promises, and a palpable sense of distance, the personal struggles woven into Tianxing Xu's artworks remain private and indescribable.
