Fees and Availability

Tuesday- Friday after 6 p.m.*  $2000.00
Saturday- Monday after 6 p.m.*  $3000.00

*For events held during regular business hours, a fee of $500/ hour (including loading) will be added to the base rental price for each hour prior to regular business day close.  

•    Reservation must be made as far in advance as possible. A reservation request alone does not hold the date. A 50%. non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date and must be accompanied by a signed contract/confirmation sheet.  The balance of the usage fee is due one week prior to the event.

•    One staff member must be on site for your event at an additional flat fee of 150.00
•    A $250.00 refundable deposit covering deep cleaning charges, should they apply.

Rental Policies:

Fire code maximum occupancy for premises is 350 persons.

•    The individual or organization using the building is fully responsible for any damage that occur during an event and expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trinity Gallery from any liability for any theft, damage or injury associated with the event. A certificate of liability insurance evidencing the fact that the user has public liability coverage in the amount equal to or at least 1,000,000.00 per occurrence must be provided.  If liquor is being served the policy must expressly assume liability at the same level of 1,000,000.00 per occurrence.  Additionally, the user agrees to the name Trinity Arts Group, Inc. as additional named insured (at no cost to Trinity) under its policy of public liability insurance and to provide evidence of such coverage to Trinity.  Insurance proof must be received a least two weeks prior to the event.  Failure to do so will result in event cancellation.

•    At the discretion of Trinity Gallery, security guard may be required at an event.  The cost of this service may be in addition to the usage fee and is subject to the same payment and cancellation terms as the usage fee.

•    In the event of specific damage to the premises as a direct result of the activities of the user, user's staff, subcontractors, clients, or any guest at the event. The user assumes responsibility for prompt payment of the cost of any repair and / or replacement necessary to correct such damage. If serving red wine, client agrees to pay for any carpet cleaning that may be needed due to spills.

•    Smoking is NOT permitted in Trinity Gallery.  Any smoking is to be confined to the alley at the side of the front of the parking lot.


•    Set up  for the event is to start no earlier than 5pm on the day of the event.

•    All receptions must conclude and be dispersed by no later than 12 midnight, including breakdown. All functions are to end at agreed upon time. It is suggested that food and beverage service cease one half-hour prior to event's end.  Overtime will be billed at 250.00 per half-hour, by credit card with payment due at evenings end.

•    No sale of alcoholic beverages will be allowed.  Alcohol may be served on a complimentary basis, but only if necessary insurance coverage is provided.

•    Trinity Gallery property can currently accommodate no more than 10 automobiles.  The user must provide any valet parking services.

•    If tents are used they may be erected one day prior to the event.  If the tent company provides lighting, user is cautioned to instruct tent company to provide and install all necessary extension cords to connect tent lighting to a power source. Trinity does not provide this service.


Caterer / Event Planners:

•    Choices of caterer, rental company and other subcontracted services are all subject to the approval of Trinity Gallery. All services must provide proof of workman's compensation liability for their employees.  User is responsible for informing caterer and other service providers  of all rules and regulations of gallery rental.  Service personnel must comply with terms of contract.  User will be liable for all actions of user's guests and employees. Many times Trinity’s exhibition openings will feature performances specifically related to the art on exhibit, which might add extra excitement to your event.  We have an extensive list of resources to share with you from catering and service professionals to entertainment providers.

•    A walkthrough with all involved parties (i.e., user, caterer, equipment rental company representative, party coordinator, and Trinity representative) must be scheduled no less than three weeks in advance of the event.  Trinity will determine which areas may be used for food and drink service.  (Drink service is absolutely prohibited behind the front counter.)
    ** no red wine or colored paper napkins are permitted

•    Trinity does not furnish any necessary serving items, equipment, food or décor. Any members of Trinity staff present are on duty in an advisory capacity and to secure the building after a function. Trinity staff is not responsible for helping caterers or outside special event contractors.

•    Caterers are to provide their own manpower to unload, set up and reload their goods.   Caterers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas where food is prepared and served.  All equipment MUST be kept a minimum of 12" from artwork in storage facility and on wall and pedestals.

•    Breakdown must occur immediately after the event, and all rental and décor items removed the same night.  The organization or individual requesting the use of the building will arrange for cleanup of the facilities and will return everything to its original condition before leaving the premises.  If the building is not left in the condition in which it was found a fee will be assessed to the individual or group using the building.

•    Should any special electrical needs become evident, Trinity must be notified of these requirements no less than two weeks in advance.  Any and all extra lighting or use of other heavy electrical equipment must be approved in advance by Trinity 's electrician.  Any expenses incurred to meet any special electrical requirements will by paid by the user.

•    All added decoration must be freestanding.  No nails , staples or tape are to be used on the walls, floors or ceiling of Trinity Gallery. Hanging signs anywhere on the grounds of Trinity Gallery is not permitted.

•    Any use of candles or torches must be approved in advance.  Only votive candles in holders or fixtures protected by hurricane globes may be used.

•    Efforts will be made to accommodate specific requests for décor, however existing exhibitions and artwork will be removed or replaced at the sole discretion of Trinity Gallery.  In general, exhibitions must stay in tact.  Trinity Gallery staff must undertake any movement of artwork. Event staff and guests may not touch artwork at any time.
