Bryce Hammond
He has been painting since he was a teenager, and studied Art History and Business at Furman University in Greenville, SC. Hammond’s work has been exhibited in several group and solo shows across the country since the early 1990s.

Hammond’s recent work has returned to his initial figure oriented focus, after concentrating on architectural surroundings. Based on places he has lived or visited, Hammond’s paintings have a significant connection to his experiences in Florida and New York. His work is executed in several layers, building an intense, static quality to the scenes he depicts.

Hammond’s work can be found in collections across the country, such as King & Spalding, Atlanta, GA; Alston & Bird, Atlanta, GA; ACA Capital, New York, NY; Maitland Arts Center, Orlando, FL; Furman University, Greenville, SC.
